Duties
- Wrap, weigh, price, and label meat products according to company standards and guidelines
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness
- Operate food production equipment and machinery
- Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards
- Use knives and other tools to cut, trim, and prepare food items
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
- Experience in food processing or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in meat cutting and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
