Job Responsibilities
- Sweep and scrub the factory floors with a ride on sweeper/scrubber. Clean up reported spills according to guidelines, generally water and oil.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment daily.
- Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
- Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
- Do daily inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance that needs to be done.
- Skills and Abilities
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
- Good communication skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Experience with Scrubber Operator experience is a plus
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Repeat the same movements
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings
- Full-Time 2nd Shift
- Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am
- 19.48/hr
