Campaign Finance Internship (NY) – von Nida Consulting
We are seeking candidates to join a Democratic political consulting and fundraising firm as a Campaign Finance Intern. This is a paid, in-person internship that is expected to begin August 2026 and will end November 2026. Interns must be able to work from our office in New York City or Washington, DC.
We are looking to hire up to 3 interns.

von Nida Consulting (VNC) has been providing political and fundraising expertise for top tier senate, gubernatorial, and non-profit clients for nearly a decade. As stewards of democratic principles, VNC has achieved record-breaking fundraising success that has resulted in Democratic majorities and helped further causes that will help Americans everywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Research and prospect current and potential donors
- Assist campaign staff at fundraising events as needed
- Manage and navigate fundraising tools like NGP and ActBlue
- Draft event and meeting memoranda
- Use Excel, Word, and Google Suite to organize data
- Update and maintain relevant documents and financial trackers
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student at an accredited college/university majoring in international studies/relations, political science, public policy, or a related field
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week in-person
- Must live in New York City or Washington, DC
- Demonstrated interest in politics and/or government
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
