What You’ll Do
- Solve timely issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs
- Utilize the help desk software to diligently track all requests
- Place service calls with appropriate vendors
- Maintain phone system and voicemail configurations for the company
- Creates and runs special request queries
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
