What You’ll Do
- Check all invoice information entered into the computer system; corrects any errors
- Arrange and monitor air, car rental, and hotel accommodations
- Review travel expenses including expense reports, direct hotel bills, and company credit card statements
- Complete accounts payable vouchers accurately for reimbursement of travel expenses
- Set up/negotiate discount arrangements with direct bill hotels, airlines, rental car company, other
- Prepare reports related to travel expenses
- Communicate with travel related vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Be available to work in office in Davenport, IA
