Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to attract customers
- Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging sales and customer engagement
- Manage stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising to ensure product availability
- Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and assist customers remotely when needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers, including bilingual abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous
