Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist the chiropractor in various tasks, ensuring that patients receive high-quality service and treatment. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, friendly, outgoing, motivated, works well with others but is self motivated, and is detail oriented.
Hours
- Monday 11 am to 5 pm
- Wednesday 11 am to 5 pm
- Thursday 11 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Ideal candidate must be detail oriented
Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Previous experience working with insurance
