What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Concierge/ Rental & Appointment Coordinator position at Volvo of Orange County?
We are one of the largest dealerships in the country and growing. Currently, looking for an additional service concierge who would help us provide excellent care to our service customers.
Responsibilities include(not limited to):
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Coordinate loaner vehicle bookings, availability, and confirmations
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Inspect loaner vehicles for damage
- Maintain accurate records and calendars
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Create internal repair orders for loaner and fleet vehicles as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in Car Dealership, coordination, scheduling, or customer service is a plus
