Key Responsibilities
P&C Contact Support & Employee Experience
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on HR-related topics.
- Provide front-line support by responding to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.
- Deliver accurate, policy-aligned guidance while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
- Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, maintaining clear documentation and timely follow-up.
- Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of communication.
- Promote and enable self-service solutions, guiding employees to available tools, resources, and knowledge content.
- Maintain compliance with all privacy, security, and data management standards.
- Support with identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities through frontline interactions, service data, and feedback.
- Partner with People Experience Solutions and HR teams to design and implement process, system, and experience improvements.
- Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and documentation (e.g., workflows, SOPs, knowledge articles).
- Support the development and enhancement of self-service tools, portals, and digital HR experiences.
- Participate in improvement initiatives (e.g., process redesign, automation, service enhancements).
- Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of system or process changes.
- Leverage data, reporting, and emerging tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Typically requires 2–5 years of relevant HR operations, shared services, or employee support experience.
- Apply practical knowledge of HR processes, policies, and service delivery.
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues with sound judgment.
- Influences stakeholders through clear communication and practical solutions.
- Balances service delivery with process improvement thinking.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on employee experience.
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Kaizen, or similar experience is a plus).
- Ability to connect frontline service insights to broader operational enhancements.
- Effective collaboration across People and Culture, People Experience, and technology teams.
