Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Courier based in Arlington, VA. The Medical Courier will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting medical supplies, equipment, and documents between facilities, clients, and vendors. Duties include maintaining accurate logs, adhering to strict delivery schedules, handling materials with care, and following all safety and transportation regulations. The role may also involve providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with logistical coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and staff members
- Experience with transportation and logistics management, including the ability to plan and execute deliveries efficiently
- Background in training or willingness to undergo training to adhere to safety and regulatory protocols
- Experience in handling and transporting food, beverage, or medical supplies is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages and equipment as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with healthcare or logistics environments is advantageous
