Compensation: $150 per assessment
What You’ll Do
As a contract Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including:
- Reviewing the healthcare team and medical history
- Performing fall risk and nutrition assessments
- Evaluating overall health and care needs
- Complete both in-person assessments and required documentation
- Assessments take approximately 6 hours in total (including documentation time)
Compensation & Status:
- $150 per assessment
- Contract Position – Initial and annual assessments completed as needed

What You’ll Need
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and registration and license (RN) to practice nursing in the state of Texas and one year of experience during the last 36 months.
- Experience in Home Health or Public Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities desired.
- Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
