Status: Full-Time
Location: Montgomery County, AL
Reports To: Regional Maintenance Director
Pay Rate: Starting at $17 an hour
Overview:
The Facilites Technician assists in the set-up and maintenance of the homes, properties, and facilities of Volunteers of America Southeast.
This position requires a person to be:
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Experience in residential maintenance.
3. Knowledge of household repairs when needed.
4.The ability to do general repairs, maintenance, janitorial duties and other related tasks.
Maintenance workers must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and possess a valid driver's license. Maintenance workers must comply with the vehicle insurance criteria.
Successful candidates forFacilties Technician must be able to meet/perform the following requirements and tasks or complete in house training to successfully complete these tasks.
