WRAPAROUND SUPERVISOR
Summary
The Wraparound Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the quality and fidelity of the wraparound process. This position provides supervision, coaching, and training to Wraparound Facilitators to ensure they are continually developing their skills and implementing wraparound principles with fidelity. The Supervisor also partners with other child-serving agencies and community stakeholders to strengthen wraparound practices, provide training, and build collaboration. This position reports to the Lead Wraparound Supervisor.

Essential Functions
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to eight (8) to ten (10) Wraparound Facilitators.
• Support Wraparound Facilitators in case planning, family engagement, and problem solving.
• Offer ongoing feedback and professional development to enhance facilitator skills.
• Collaborate with the Lead Supervisor and Lead Coach to coordinate training/skills building activities based on the identified deficiencies from staff documentation.
• Support onboarding and training of new Wraparound Facilitators.
• Conduct monthly individual and group supervision and team meetings.
• Complete performance evaluations annually and support professional development.
• Approve staff schedules, timecards, and leave requests.
• Complete observations for new staff within the defined timeframes per the Magellan guidelines.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with the Magellan and VOASCLA requirements.
• Review Plans of Care, contact notes, and all other documents for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Lead Coach and Lead Wraparound Supervisor to identify staff training needs.
• Serve as liaison between staff and executive leadership.
• Promote effective coordination with families, schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health providers.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the Family Support Organizations (FSO) to collaborate on family services.
• Support community partnerships that strengthen service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all aspects of clients’ care, staff, and Volunteers of America.

Supervisory Responsibility
• The Wraparound Supervisor oversees the Wraparound Facilitators.
Required Education and Experience
• Master’s or higher graduate degree in human services field strongly preferred.
• Master’s or higher graduate degree in any field requires a minimum of three (3 ) years of full-time experience working in relevant family, children/youth or community service capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or any field requires a minimum of four (4 ) years of full-time experience working as a Wraparound Facilitator. *Must be approved by LDH.
Other Requirements
• Maintain a valid Louisiana driver’s license

While performing the duties of this job, the employee can sometimes be exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Other Duties
• Participate in training and development activities as required.
• Report any acts, incidents or conditions that reflect the possibility of inappropriate participant-to-participant or staff-to-participant relationships.
• Report any use of physical force and all unusual incidents per VOASCLA policy and state guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
