Essential Functions
- Opening the building daily according to building procedures
- Answer the phones and greet, assist, and monitor visitors
- Route mail and faxes & various deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc)
- Perform various front desk duties (Checking clients into the facility, schedule meeting rooms etc)
- Maintain the copy area
- Coordinated coverage of the front reception area with your supervisor when away from the desk
- Report any significant concerns/incidents to supervisor
- Maintain training requirement
- Projects and duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility

Required Education and Experience
Proficiency in a range of computer skills. High School diploma required but a college degree in social sciences or a related field preferred and experience with the homeless population. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Ability to work under supervision but also independently
