Maintenance Technician- Sandusky/ Port Clinton

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. This position supports multiple facilities and requires someone who is dependable, skilled, and ready to respond when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on buildings and grounds
• Complete repairs involving plumbing, drywall, painting, and general mechanical work
• Maintain outdoor areas, including basic lawn care
• Identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions
• Obtain bids and help coordinate external contractors for larger repair projects
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Valid driver’s license (required for this mobile role)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
