- The Case Worker or Case Manager SSVF (SupportiveServicesforVeteranFamilies) advocates and assists in providing solutions and support services to enable their assigned caseload to function as independently as possible.
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and 4 years experience working with at-risk adult population.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

Hourly payrate $18.00 to $20.00 based on level of education.
