Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends and evenings

What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience providing activities programming to elderly population.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow care plans and medical orders
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Experience providing activities programming to elderly population.
- Support PACE Participants’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in participants’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
