Location: Remote
Pay Range: $75k - $85k annually, based on previous work experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST *This is a fully remote position.

- Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field; Or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare operations, quality/compliance support, project coordination, or administrative/technical support roles.
- Experience working in healthcare environment preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience developing structured documents, workflows, and systems (e.g., policies, procedures, trackers, job aids, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
