Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour based on previous experience
The Homestead at Rochester is a full continuum senior living community offering independent living, independent living with home care services, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Nestled along the rolling bluffs of the Zumbro River’s south fork in Southeast Minnesota, the community offers peaceful natural surroundings while still being just minutes from the heart of Rochester—a vibrant area known for its strong healthcare presence, welcoming neighborhoods, and access to shopping, dining, and cultural amenities.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school graduate, CPR certified
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
- Previous institutional housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
- Cleaning of all areas within the facility ultimately creating a clean and comfortable environment.
- Be a friendly face, in this time of need, for our residents.
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
