Director of Environmental Services Highlights
The Director of Environmental Services assumes responsibilities for overall maintenance of facility. Responsible for preventative maintenance, painting and repairs inside and outside the facility to provide a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, use, enjoyment protection of residents, staff and visitors. Conducts routine tests and inspections on various facility systems and implements programs in a manner that meet the goals and objectives of the facility.

- First Class (or above) boilers license, where applicable.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction or maintenance of equipment, utilities and buildings.

- Has oversight maintenance responsibilities for the general services of the facility
- Plans, schedules, performs and records all preventive maintenance functions in accordance with the established preventive maintenance system.
- Assumes responsibility for maintenance, operation, testing and repair of fire detection, alarm, and extinguishing systems and equipment.
- Assumes responsibility for the maintenance of facility floor covering
- Administers personnel functions of the maintenance department
- Monitors monthly department expenditures to budget.
- Maintains and cares for outside grounds.
- Performs maintenance functions throughout the building.
- Directs the safety program for the facility.
