JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The VP of Finance is responsible for all financial functions of the agency. The VP of Finance coordinates and maintains all insurance programs. The VP of Finance is responsible for coordination of personnel functions.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and five years experience, or seven years experience in general accounting and/or financial management.
The position requires proven ability in the design, implementation and operation of a computerized accounting system. The position requires demonstrated skills in report writing and financial analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the bookkeeping function.
- Supervise banking activities.
- Assist the President/CEO in development and implementation of an investment program and cash management system.
- Review for accuracy all reports and billings prior to submission.
- Inform administration staff on financial activities and assist with planning.
- Coordinate insurance policies, claims and payments.
- Manage computer operation.
- Assist in development of fiscal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate audit activities and act as liaison with CPA.
- Staff financial and audit committees.
- Manage the analysis of financial data and the preparation
- Manage personnel functions.
