- Develop and execute annual giving strategies, appeals, and donor engagement campaigns.

Qualifications: The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, account management, community engagement, or a related relationship-management field. CRM experience and strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and follow-through skills are important.
Preferred experience includes annual fund management, nonprofit work, donor segmentation, recurring giving, lapsed-donor reactivation, donor upgrades, fundraising campaigns, stewardship events, and moves-management/pipeline practices.
