Position: Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for all the necessary tasks to ensure the continuous performance of the Assistant Vice President’s office. This position requires that an individual must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks with the ability to work independently with general supervision. The individual must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the sector of diverse people or programs.
The ability to interact with staff at all levels in an environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. The position requires the ability to work in a discreet manner while maintaining confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years’ experience in related field supporting at the executive level. A minimum of one year working in a health care setting is preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are important. Must have the ability to work well with others, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow-up on issues in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel are required. Ability to create reports using these applications is necessary and the ability to run reports in an electronic health record is essential. Must be willing to learn and utilize all current and future computer applications as related to this position.
Executive Assistant Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as providing administrative support to the programs when preparing for Medicaid and funding audits.
Prepare, proofread, and edit all outgoing correspondence such as, letters, funding proposals and has the ability to access various on-line electronic submission portals for funding proposals.
Conducts independent internal health record reviews of randomly selected persons served records/charts on a monthly basis for each program location.
Manage special projects and create related correspondence.
Ability to prepare management and other reports to a high standard including the ability to review data and audit findings with AVP to identify documentation trends.
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the AVP
Track program submittals, licenses and proposals.
Perform other related duties as requested.
Salary : $68,100 - $72,100
