We're looking for a dedicated and organized leader who thrives in a community-centered environment. In this role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, help tenants feel at home, and support their journey toward independence and stability.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Orient new tenants and coordinate room assignments
- Monitor community rules and encourage respectful living
- Support residents through regular meetings and guidance
- Supervise inspections, maintenance needs, and staff coordination
- Be a reliable, supportive presence in emergency and day-to-day situations
- A high school diploma or GED (human services experience is a plus!)
- 6 months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred — or 2 years in human services
- Great communication skills and a calm, respectful presence
- Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills
