Our mission is to serve individuals, families, and communities through prevention, treatment, and recovery services. We offer outpatient services for adults, children, and families, including various therapy options, evaluations, crisis response, and specialized programs. We operate two of the state's three Crisis Stabilization Units and Walk-In Clinics located in Cookeville and Chattanooga.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crisis Liaison, based in Murfreesboro, TN. The Crisis Liaison will be responsible for assessing clients in crisis, providing immediate intervention, and coordinating with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care. Duties include conducting assessments, developing crisis intervention plans, liaising with law enforcement and emergency services, and providing follow-up care and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and mental health services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Ability to develop and implement intervention plans
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Tennessee is preferred
- Experience in behavioral health settings is a plus
