Job Description:
CDL A Company Driver – Earn $80,000 to $90,000 Annually
Out 10-11– Days / Home 3–4 – Flexible Home Time
No Touch Freight – Hopper Bottom – Steady Miles
VOLUME, an industry leader for over 30 years, is hiring CDL A Company Drivers to haul carbon black in hopper bottom trailers. Our carbon business is growing fast, and we offer consistent miles, long-term stability, and top?tier equipment. More than 80% of our drivers have been with us for over 4 years. Drivers Earn $80,000 Per Year

• Starting pay: 52 CPM
• $13 per hour for on duty, not driving
• CPM increases every 6 months based on safety and productivity
• Paid loaded and empty miles
• Paid for all on duty time

Home Time

• Out 10–11 days
• Home 3–4 days
• Flexible home time options available

Position Details

• Hauling carbon black (no touch)
• Hopper bottom trailer experience preferred but not required
• Paid loaded and empty
• Steady miles year round

Job Requirements:

• 2-year Verifiable CDL-A OTR driving experience
Clean MVR

• • No more than 4 Violations in The Last 3 Years
  • No Speeding Violations over 15 MPH
  • No DUI in the Last 5 Years
