What are the responsibilities and job description for the Targeter position at Volume Integration?
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Perform all-source intelligence research and analysis to document intelligence gaps and justifications for operations.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and document intelligence priorities and opportunities.
- Execute formal communications and approval milestones according to customer protocols.
Expected Travel: Up to 10%
Required Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of relevant experience, including some time spent in the foreign field.
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence life cycle.
- Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank.
- Exceptional character traits in organization, proactiveness, judgment, and punctuality.
- Demonstrated strength in written communication, especially writing cables and target packages.
- Experience with classified data repositories and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior HUMINT or technical targeting experience
Position Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with FSP
