JOB TITLE : Licensed Nursing Assistant
LOCATION : 596 Sheldon Rd, St Albans City, VT 05478
FACILITY : Saint Albans Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center
SHIFT : 3pm - 11:30pm/11pm - 7:30am
CONTRACT : 13 weeks
PAY RANGE : $25/hr - $28/hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and changing linens.
- Nutrition & Hydration: Serving meals, feeding patients, and accurately recording intake.
- Mobility: Helping patients with walking, transferring between bed and chair, and repositioning.
- Monitoring Vitals: Taking and recording temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Patient Observation: Noticing and reporting any changes in a patient's condition, behavior, or symptoms to nurses.
- Environmental Support: Keeping patient rooms and common areas clean, stocked with supplies, and safe.
- Emotional Support: Providing companionship, listening to concerns, and offering comfort to patients and families.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of CNA/LNA Experience
- Current LNA License for the state of VT
- Active BLS Certificate
