Job Functions:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Summary
As an RN specializing in Mother/Baby care, you will be integral in providing high-quality nursing care to new mothers and their infants. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and basic life support to ensure optimal health outcomes. Your experience in acute care and familiarity with EHR systems will enhance patient documentation and communication. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active RN License, you will contribute to a supportive environment that prioritizes family-centered care and patient education.
