Translate functional and technical requirements into high quality applications and automations Design data models, business logic, validation rules, and integrations Implement and manage solution components, managed solutions, and ALM pipelines Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365, Azure services, APIs, and external systems Enforce coding standards, performance best practices, and security controls Perform design reviews, code reviews, and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance Support solution deployment, environment management, and production issues Required Skills & Experience
