Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules Strong knowledge of BOM structures, revisions, and alternates Experience with WIP discrete jobs, operations, and resources Hands‑on exposure to Flow Manufacturing and flow schedules Understanding of end‑to‑end make process (BOM → WIP → Completion) Knowledge of Inventory, Costing, and WIP accounting integration Experience in manufacturing divestiture / carve‑out projects Exposure to open WIP, inventory, BOM, and routing migration Hands‑on period close and costing reconciliation Experience with UAT, go‑live, and production support Working knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience writing manufacturing RICEW functional specs Good to have skills:
Integration knowledge with MES, PLM, ASCP, or shop‑floor systems Exposure to WIP variance analysis and cost reporting
Roles & Responsibilities
Configure and support BOM, WIP, and Flow Manufacturing Gather requirements and prepare BRD/FRD and functional specs Support divestiture implementations and data reconciliation Resolve manufacturing execution and costing issues Support testing, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare Collaborate with Inventory, Costing, Planning, and technical teams Provide period close, audit, and production support
