Role Title: Copilot Trainer Microsoft 365 Copilot Enablement | Adoption & ROI Acceleration
Role Summary (What Success Looks Like)
The Copilot Trainer is a functional Copilot expert and adoption practitioner responsible for driving awareness capability habit formation measurable productivity outcomes for Microsoft 365 Copilot across targeted business personas. The trainer will present, demonstrate, and deliver webinars across the full M365 Copilot experience, teach prompting best practices, run persona discovery / day-in-the-life interviews, facilitate design thinking workshops, create lesson plans and hands on labs, run Change Corners, and execute targeted adoption campaigns to maximize usage, satisfaction, and ROI.
This role also requires a strong learning agility to stay current with Microsoft s rapidly evolving Copilot feature set and incorporate new capabilities into training materials and delivery during the program.
Key Responsibilities
Run role-based webinars, feature demonstrations, guided walkthroughs, and hands-on labs that map directly to real work tasks.
Create and manage recorded training assets for asynchronous consumption (session recordings quick reference guides).
Facilitate office hours / clinics to reinforce learning, answer questions, and address user barriers (confidence, trust, relevance, and responsible use).
Build and maintain a persona-based prompt library and best prompts patterns aligned to common workflows.
Provide prompt coaching during labs/clinics to improve quality of outcomes and reduce trial-and-error fatigue.
Translate insights into Top priority use cases and training tracks (focus on what drives real adoption, not generic feature training).
Support a champion / change agent network through train-the-trainer enablement, reinforcement content, and recognition mechanisms.
Build community engagement via the adoption hub and internal channels (Teams/Viva Engage where used).
Drive outcomes aligned to the program s adoption goals (e.g., scaling MAU, internal trainers certification, measurable ROI dashboards).
Provide trainer toolkits: facilitator scripts, demo environments, lab packs, scenario library, and FAQs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Copilot Expertise
Strong hands-on experience delivering enablement for Microsoft 365 Copilot across major apps and key user scenarios.
Ability to translate business tasks into Copilot workflows: summarization, drafting, re-writing, analysis, meeting intelligence, email triage, document understanding, and presentation creation.
Training & Facilitation
Excellent presentation and storytelling ability; confident facilitating large webinars and interactive sessions.
Adult learning design: lesson planning, learning paths, hands-on labs, assessments.
Discovery & Consulting Skills
Interviewing and workshop facilitation (persona discovery, DITL, design thinking).
Ability to synthesize insights into structured outputs: persona maps, scenario library, training backlog.
Change Management & Adoption
Experience running adoption motions: champion networks, reinforcement loops, nudges, success stories, communication planning.
Data-driven Approach
