Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital wallet/payment services, coordinating release readiness with stakeholders to ensure seamless feature launches
- Verify functionality across mobile, desktop, and wearable ecosystems, ensuring compatibility across multiple device generations
- Triage automated test failures using AI-driven tools to distinguish between product defects and environmental issues, ensuring only valid bugs are escalated
- Execute comprehensive functional and regression test suites, including data validation for payment processing workflows
- Manage the full defect lifecycle, from initial documentation of bugs and enhancements to final verification and closure
- Maintain complex test environments by configuring physical payment terminals and mobile devices across diverse OS versions
