Role: Application Support

Role Requirments

Experience as a member of an application support team resolving issues for users of software systems.

  • The role will be supporting both an MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

Apriso and an ERP (financial system)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

  • Experience with one or the other is preferred though we will provide training for both and the interfaces between them
  • Must have effective communications skills with users on the factory floor as well as office workers
  • Will be assigned issues to resolve daily; this is the primary job duty
  • Will be expected to track issues for the Site both in the helpdesk issue system and the software development environment to ensure follow-up and closure
  • Will be a member of the D365 / Apriso IT Solution Support team and the IT Development teams to drive problem resolution
