We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle EDM, Oracle EPM Planning and Hyperion Planning/Hyperion Essbase/Hyperion Essbase Studio modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Hyperion Essbase and Oracle EPM planning modules.
- Experience in EPM data structures, calculations and business rules.
- Proficiency in Oracle database concepts and SQL queries.
- Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems.
- Receive, analyze, and prioritize EPM related support tickets.
- Identify the root cause of issues in EPM environments.
- Provide timely solutions to users.
- Implement and maintain EPM configurations.
- Troubleshoot complex EPM applications problems.
- Document resolution steps and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering / application managers to resolve system issues.
- Support system upgrades and patches.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- 5 year experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion system.
- Knowledge of IBM Command center.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, not written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
