What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Recruiter (12 Months plus) - Onsite position at Voltage?
Voltage is seeking an experienced, adaptable, and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to support our high-growth hiring needs over a 12-month period. As we expand into new facilities in the Roxboro, NC area, this position will play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple office and production environments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to transition seamlessly between locations to support hiring managers and operational leaders as workforce demands evolve. Experience with mass hiring and high-volume recruitmentparticularly for new facility launches or rapid-growth environmentsis strongly preferred.
What Youll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, operations, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and administrative teams
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives for new site expansion
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other social/professional platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, schedule interviews, and move candidates through the pipeline
- Coordinate hiring events, interview days, and job fairs as needed
- Deliver a strong candidate experience and represent the Voltage brand
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Proven experience with mass hiring or large-scale recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe, DocuSign, and Microsoft Teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work onsite across Chapel Hill and Roxboro
