Volt is immediately hiring for Wiring Assemblers in Mt. Juliet, TN

As an Assembler, you will:

• Assembly of Wire Harness
• Install Electrical Components
• Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation
• Wire Cutting, crimping, soldering
• Wiring Switchgear
• Wire Cuttin
• Crimping and Soldering
• Tape Measure Knowledge

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Employees and Contingent workers must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. High school diploma or GED required. A pre-employment drug screen as well as a background check is required. Employees and Contingent workers must be able to communicate effectively.
• The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
• Work is performed in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment. The job will be performed standing and/or squatting. Requires ability to reach overhead, pull, push, and climb a ladder to perform work.
• Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds repetitively.

Payrate: $20 - $22  per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
