- Design and manage production schedules that align with customer needs and business goals
- Monitor manufacturing progress and proactively resolve delays or inefficiencies
- Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available to keep production on track
- Act as a liaison between departments to maintain seamless communication and workflow
- Champion process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to guide decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and support production team members to foster growth and accountability
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production planning software
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Deep understanding of manufacturing principles and quality control standards
- A team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
