Production Controller

Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Controller in Carlsbad, CA. 

As a Production Controller, you will: 

• Design and manage production schedules that align with customer needs and business goals
• Monitor manufacturing progress and proactively resolve delays or inefficiencies
• Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available to keep production on track
• Act as a liaison between departments to maintain seamless communication and workflow
• Champion process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to guide decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and support production team members to foster growth and accountability

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production planning software
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Deep understanding of manufacturing principles and quality control standards
• A team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year. 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
