As a Field Service Representative, you will:
- Deliver, retrieve, and maintain medical equipment using a company vehicle.
- Clean, disinfect, test, and prepare equipment for use.
- Provide on-site support and superior customer service to patients and hospital staff.
- Manage orders and documentation accurately using company systems.
- Respond to service inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in locating missing equipment within customer facilities.
- Track inventory and coordinate deliveries and returns.
- Prepare and process shipments, load and unload equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Valid Driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record for last 3 years
