Volt is immediately hiring a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Dallas, TX
As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be :
As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist on the Collateral Management team who will assist with the administration and processing of lien releases, UCC filings, and records/document management. This includes assistance with various types of loans including General Account, Institutional, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA. They will use their excellent communication skills to liaise with third parties and internal business teams to provide outstanding service.
What you can expect
- Process lien releases for commercial/multifamily/agriculture real estate loans that are paid in full by borrower, assignment, or escrow closings.
- Perform Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) continuations, terminations, and research rejections.
- Perform Records Management duties including ordering files from document custodian, image corrections, archiving boxes to third party vendor, and document research, e.g. missing recorded documents.
- Review and verify third party vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Utilize Power BI reports for monitoring work volume, quality control, audit support, and gathering data needed for processing requests.
- Collaborate with servicing, asset management, law, closing, or other internal teams as required.
- Communicate with external parties as required, e.g. vendors, outside counsel, title companies, etc.
What you will bring
- 5 years of experience with commercial real estate loan servicing or collateral management functions.
- A detailed understanding of loan terms, complex loan documents, capital structures, pooling, investor reporting and servicing agreements, servicing functions, and process flows.
- Proven written/verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work independently in a time sensitive environment.
What will set you apart
- Specific experience with lien release, UCC, or related processes.
- Familiarity with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac.
This is a Contract opportunity.
Schedule: First Shift (8:00AM to 5:30PM)
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour
This position is fully onsite.
