Let Volt Find a Career for you!Volt is immediately hiring for Wiring Tech in North Haven, CT.Job PerksWeekly PayGlobal CompanyGrowth OpportunityAs a Wiring Tech you will:Assemble wire harnesses and electrical assemblies by connecting wires to components, plugs, or terminal strips, following complex wiring diagrams and technical instructions.Bundle and label cables to ensure organized harnesses that meet industry standards.Select wires based on specified color, markings, and length.Operate crimping tools and other equipment to secure connections.Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Verify wiring accuracy and integrity using testers; identify and remove defective components.Ensure compliance with technical regulations, local, and national electrical codes.Demonstrate strong diagram interpretation skills and familiarity with electrical components in a production environment.Construct wire harnesses and assemblies with precision and attention to detail.This is a Full time opportunity.The ideal Wiring Tech will have:Wiring ExperienceAble to read Diagrams/SchematicsComfortable reading a tap measureHas experience utilizing hand toolsAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 50 poundsPay Rate: $21/hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
