Volt is immediately hiring for a Test Operator, McKinney, TX

Description:

As a test operator for the EODAS factory, your job will be to verify the functionality and quality of next generation technology for the warfighter. You will be required to work closely with assembly operators and engineers.

As a Test Operator you will:

• You will be required to perform a variety of tasks that include setting up tests, reporting test results, troubleshooting test failures, and performing special projects as needed.

This is a 12-month possible covert to full-time.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to train others in testing processes once certified Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar.
• Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
  The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8 hours a day is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  Experience working with minimal supervision

Education:

• High school, secondary school or equivalent technical certificate or associate's degree is preferred

Pay Rate*: $18 to $21/hour.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
