As aMotor Mechanicyou will:

• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild DC and AC electric motors to precise specifications.
• Perform shaft pressing, bearing replacement, and rotor/armature assembly.
• Conduct basic welding and machining for motor component repairs.
• Wind and install stators for forklift and industrial motors.
• Maintain accurate records of parts used and work performed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
• Assist with shop maintenance and tool upkeep.

This is afull-time, temp to hireopportunity.Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2 years of experience in electric motor repair or a related mechanical trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools, presses, and basic welding equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and shop documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and grow into an A Level Technician role.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Pay rate:$25.00 per hour or more (depending on experience)

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
