Volt is immediately hiring a Bilingual Data Entry Office Clerk in Aurora, Co.
As a Bilingual Data Entry Office Clerk you will:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems
- Manage and update records using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and processes
- Follow up with drivers to collect required paperwork
- Track and ensure completion of all required documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Learn and use company-specific shipping and receiving software
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow up consistently to obtain missing information
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or receiving environments
Pay for this position is $22/hr.
