Location: Wilmington, MA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Duration: 12 Month Full-Time Contract (with potential to hire)
Clearance: Able to obtain a Clearance in the future.

️ What You’ll Do:
As a Facilities Support Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for providing maintenance of physical facilities.
- Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing, moving, and setup of office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products (i.e. trash pick-up, processing recyclables, and debris) in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, warehouses, or cleanrooms.
- May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience documenting work orders
- Walking, bending, stooping, reaching.
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Need to be very detail oriented.
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Salary : $30 - $32
