Project Manager

Job Summary
The Substation Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing substation construction projects. This role oversees budgets, schedules, resources, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of substation construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, costs, and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Support estimating and bidding processes when needed
• Ensure proper project documentation and closeout procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• substation or electrical construction : 5 years (Required)
