We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and growth-minded Head Coach to help lead our Rotterdam location.

Martial arts experience is a plus, but not required! We're willing to train the right person who demonstrates outstanding character, enthusiasm, and leadership potential.

What You'll Do

• Coach & Inspire: Lead engaging, high-energy martial arts classes for children and teens.
• Develop Character: Teach confidence, discipline, perseverance, respect, and leadership through our unique life-skills curriculum.
• Lead a Team: Mentor assistant coaches and help build a positive, motivated coaching staff.
• Connect With Families: Create meaningful relationships with students and parents.
• Manage the Experience: Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and exciting learning environment.
• Develop Your Leadership: Work directly with company leadership to learn coaching techniques, team development, and location operations.

• Has reliable transportation to our Rotterdam location.
• Is available Monday–Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Previous experience in martial arts, youth sports, education, gymnastics, fitness, or coaching is preferred but not required.

College students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
