Job Description

When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part-time position, however, there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Site Lead Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to ensure that they are having a safe and fun experience
• Support practice for groups as small as 10 kids and groups as large as 30 kids.
• Support set-up, check-in, check-out, and administrative tasks for the program.
• Provide guidance to volunteers if there are questions about the program.
• Provide support to volunteers if any issues arise with parents, players or venues.
• Distribute on-site marketing materials and surveys.
• Provide first aid if needed.
• Jump in as coach support if needed
• Report any player, parent, ref, or coach issues through weekly practice logs.
  
  

Must-Haves

• 1 year of coaching or teaching
