From tabling events to sponsor activations, this role is all about creating energy, building connections, and delivering memorable experiences for our players. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys being social, working events, and getting out into the community.

Brand Ambassadors and Marketing Representatives are responsible for bringing the Volo brand to life in the community. From tabling events to sponsor activations, this role is all about creating energy, building connections, and delivering memorable experiences for our players. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys being social, working events, and getting out into the community.
Responsibilities
- Represent Volo and our partners at leagues, events, and sponsor activations
- Set up, manage, and break down tabling events and promotional activations
- Distribute sponsor products, samples, and marketing materials to players
- Engage with players to create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment
- Build relationships with players, staff, and local partners
- Assist with transporting event materials, signage, and supplies
- Capture event content (photos/videos) and share feedback with the marketing team
- Ensure all activations are clean, organized, and executed to Volo standards
- Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in social, fast-paced environments
- Able to lift and transport event materials as needed
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- People who thrive in social settings and love connecting with others
- Energetic, reliable individuals who bring great vibes to every event
- Self-starters who can take initiative and problem-solve on the fly
- Passion for sports, community, and experiential marketing a plus
- Prior event, marketing, or brand ambassador experience a plus, but not required
