Job Description
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as a representative for Volo Sports and its partner brands such as Monster Energy and others
- Logistically setup approved promotions and activations at Volo facilities to sample cold product such as beverages to athletes in their time of need
- Communicate brand attributes and benefits to consumers while doing promotions
- Create positive customer experiences for the Volo community
- Learn the brand, and promote that brand in-person at leagues and events
- Capture creative and engaging content of the brand and provide to HQ team for recap reports
- Learn content brand guidelines
- Shares customer and distribution feedback to HQ team to get relayed to the brand
- Meets or exceeds monthly sample distribution goals.
- This person understands and follows all company policies and procedures
- Submits daily activation recap forms
- Great people person skills and the ability to positively interact with everyone
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Works well in a team atmosphere
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
- Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly
- Must be available at least 20 hours per week from 4-9pm during the week, and 10am - 2pm on some weekends
- Proficient customer service skills
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalency
- Have worked promotions before for a CPG or beverage brand and can provide resources
- Passion for sports and social activities
- A love for brand marketing, activating partnerships, and creating content
- Outgoing and ready to handle anything presented
- Punctual and professional, but embraces a "work hard, play hard" attitude
